Other Information
When you provide your picture ID and social security number upon registration to our online POP Portal, we collect and store the image containing your license/ID information and social security number. We also collect and store any information about your existing tattoos, which may uniquely identify You, and we also collect and store your vehicle information including make, model and year (collectively “Other Information”). In the aggregate, this information may uniquely identify You, although we do not bundle any Identify Information with Demographic Information or Other Information. Additionally, registered users who have created a profile on our Pop Portal will have that public POP profile connected to their profile on our Website via a “POP Identity.” The purpose of the POP Identity is to create a unique ID for all natural users of the platform.

User SMS Notifications
WE COLLECT ALL MOBILE NUMBERS PROVIDED TO US BY OUR REGISTERED USERS AND WILL USE SUCH MOBILE NUMBERS TO SEND SMS/MMS MESSAGES TO OUR USERS. We will send such SMS/MMS messages to any mobile phone number you provide to us during registration to alert you if you have failed to appear at any casting that has been booked using our casting platform, but only if we have not received an answer after attempting to place a call to such mobile number prior to sending any notification. A text message notification may also be sent to you that contains important information about any upcoming casting that has been booked. We will at all times comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), the Federal Trade Commission Act, all rules and regulations promulgated by the Federal Communications Commission, the DNC list registry rules (http://www.donotcall.gov) and various state laws, rules and regulations that place restrictions on our SMS or MMS message campaigns. We will include clear opt-out/unsubscribe information. You represent to us that You are either the owner/account-holder of any phone number(s) provided to us by You pursuant to this Agreement, or are otherwise authorized to consent to the receipt of such SMS/MMS messages to any such number(s) you has provided on behalf of the recipient.
