MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION REQUIRED STARTING DECEMBER 14, 2024
4 Star Casting and Entertainment Partners (EP) Casting Portal (formerly known as POP) are implementing a Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) requirement for all background artist profiles. MFA significantly enhances security providing an extra layer of protection and reduces the risk of unauthorized access by requiring multiple factors for authentication.
Effective on December 14, 2024:
- If you already have a performer profile, when you first log-in you will need to reset your password and set up MFA to access your profile.
- New performer profiles will need to set up MFA at the time they are created.
