After Parking, check in at the gate on 16th St. then walk about a half a block up and on the right, find DOOR C41, that is the easiest entrance to the stage where testing is located (Map Below & See Pic to the right)

IF you have not already.......
You will be receiving an email with the subject line “EPIC Account Activation”. Please CHECK THAT YOUR IDs ARE CURRENT if you're already registered. (If you have registered from a previous show in EPIC, your info has saved, but again, please be sure IDs are current and up to date)
In an effort to save paper and remain contactless, the production is going digital with regards to everyone’s payroll paperwork. It's quick to complete and you won't have to fill out another piece of paper after that! All your vouchers will be neatly organized right in your portal for your records.
Please complete your paperwork digitally BEFORE YOU ARRIVE TO WORK (this includes your covid test and any fittings prior to working on set), in order to get paid.

IF YOU HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED AN EMAIL:
1.) Search your spam or junk folder for “EPIC Account Activation”
2.) Search your regular inbox for “EPIC Account Activation”
WHEN UPLOADING I9 DOCUMENTS
You will need to have your documents on hand to upload into your I9. Click HERE for document choices. (i.e. Passport, Driver’s License, S.S. card, etc.)
